A favorite place to enjoy the beach. Near the Blue Mountain Bakery for deciduous bfast & lunched. Especially PUDDLES cookies ! And FOR THE HEALTH of IT store .

We loved being that close to the beach, there was a little grassy area for kids to play, and just a beautiful place. There was some minor maintenance issues but overall pleasant experience.
Perfectly located on 30A between Panama City Beach and Destin, Florida. The view out of the sliding glass doors in the living room is absolutely spectacular! You won't find a better beach in all of Florida than this one, and the others along 30A. You were smack dab in the middle of 30A, centrally located between Panama City Beach and Destin, Florida. So, you have tons and tons of attractions to choose from, and none of them are more than about 30 minutes away! More importantly, you are within walking distance of Grayton Beach, which was voted number one beach in America for 2020, and no more than 15-20min away from Seaside, Rosemary, Watercolor, and the other gorgeous beaches you'll find along 30A like this one!

Gorgeous!! I have been to beaches in Jamaica, Punta Cana, and the Bahamas and none really compare to the quiet sugar sand beach here at Blue Mountain. The condos are lovely and quiet with plenty of room, too.
Our third visit to this location. Quiet, slightly dated units with very responsive management staff. Blue Mountain Beach and Villas have become our favorite off season destination when it is time for a beach fix.
Love how it is right on the beach. The house could use a little more cleaning and updating but nothing too noticeable.
